Piggery Demonstration & Multiplication
A demonstration piggery that passes breeding stock on to vulnerable families.
The unit doubles as a training site: caregivers learn housing, feeding and disease control before receiving their own piglets, then pass on the first litter to the next household.
The challenge
Families had no reliable source of protein or of cash between harvests.
