Psychological & Community Health Support
Counselling, home visits and peer groups that restore hope among orphans, vulnerable children and their caregivers.
Goals

What we do
Trained community counsellors and peer-support groups walk with children who have lost parents to HIV/AIDS. We run home visits, grief and trauma counselling, caregiver support circles and referral to specialised care so no child carries loss alone.
Education & Child Sponsorship
School fees, scholastic materials, uniforms and mentoring that keep vulnerable children learning.

What we do
We sponsor orphans and vulnerable children through primary, secondary and vocational education, provide scholastic materials and uniforms, run a community library and research room, and mentor learners towards employable skills.
Sanitation, Shelter & Water
Safe water points, decent shelter and household sanitation for families living in extreme vulnerability.
Goals

What we do
Clean water, a dry roof and a safe latrine are the foundation of health. We rehabilitate boreholes, construct household latrines and hand-washing facilities, and repair the homes of child-headed and grandmother-headed families.
HIV/AIDS & Health
Testing, treatment adherence, nutrition and health education for children and youth living with HIV.

What we do
We identify children and youth living with HIV, link them to treatment, support adherence and nutrition, and run community awareness so stigma no longer keeps families from care. 89 HIV-positive children and youth have been identified and supported to date.
Agriculture & Food Security
Kitchen gardens, piggery multiplication and permaculture training that put food on the table year-round.

What we do
Our demonstration piggery multiplies stock into vulnerable households, while kitchen gardening and permaculture training give families year-round nutrition and a surplus to sell.
Economic Strengthening
Village Savings and Loan Associations, grandmother grants and income-generating projects.

What we do
Village Savings and Loan Associations give caregivers, especially grandmothers, a safe place to save and borrow. Group grants seed small businesses, a planned maize mill will add processing income, and business mentoring keeps enterprises alive.
Research & Advocacy
Evidence from the community, used to speak for children whose voices are seldom heard.

What we do
We collect and publish evidence on the lives of orphans and vulnerable children, run the community research room, and take findings to district and national platforms so policy reflects what families actually face.

What we do
